Program Statement
At LRC Adult Family Home, we provide compassionate, high-quality care for up to three non-ambulatory residents in a serene and supportive environment. Our commitment is to enhance the lives of our residents by offering accessible, personalized services that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
Our home is thoughtfully designed with a focus on comfort, accessibility, and safety. Each element of our care is rooted in respect and a deep understanding of the unique needs of those we serve.

- ADA-Compliant Bathroom: A walk-in shower ensures accessibility and ease of use.
- Natural Light: A large picture window and walk-out patio fill the home with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

- Gourmet Kitchen: This kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range and oven, a pantry, and a spacious dinette leading to a backyard deck. Residents enjoy delicious, homemade meals prepared with care.

- Two Private Rooms: share an updated bathroom conveniently located adjacent to the bedrooms for easy access.
- One Private Room: Featuring an en suite full bathroom.
- All bedrooms include a television, modern furniture, a sit-to-stand leather chair, and ample storage space for residents’ personal belongings.
Laundry Services
Residents enjoy professional cleaning and laundry services, with flexible access to laundry facilities as needed.
Outdoor Features
- Spacious Front Porch: Seating for up to five people, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings.
- Wheelchair Ramp: A front entrance ramp for effortless accessibility.
- New Back Porch: A durable composite deck surrounded by trees and birds, providing a tranquil outdoor retreat.
- Mobility Chair: Installed at the back entrance to support residents’ mobility needs.
